Fitted with an automatic seat and lid that senses your approach, this toilet prepares itself for your arrival. Taking a focus on hygiene as well as luxury and convenience, the V-Care Intelligent Rimless WC Comfort model has all of its features controlled via a wireless keypad. From this interface, every aspect of the unit, from the direction of the cleansing water jet, to the activation of the seat and lid can be controlled. This hands-free approach ensures a level of hygiene and cleanliness out of the reach of standard toilets. How long will it take to receive my goods?

Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. If it is absolutely essential you receive your order on a certain day, maybe because you have booked a plumber etc. we strongly recommend you use our DPD next business day guaranteed delivery service.

What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.

Returns:
If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.
