Our Story

Over the years it has grown to be arguably the U.K’s largest Bidet Shower and seat company online today.

The owner and founder spent over 15 years living and working in Japan. This is where the word Kaizen, part of our official registered company name originates. Its meaning in the Japanese language is to adopt a philosopphy of continual improvement to your business processes and products. The smallest of improvement applied consistently on a daily / weekly basis, no matter how small will eventually over the years lead to world class products and processes. So here at Kaizen we have to make a small improvement in our business everday of the week.

Our company philosophy is based on our owners corporate values gained whilst in Japan, simply your customer is King without him / her you do not have a business. So quite simply we aim to provide the highest quality products at the keenest price supported by speedy desptch to you, our customer.

After-sales is not an after thought with us, you are treated in exactly the same manner after we have received your payment as you were prior to the purchase, so be assured if something does go wrong we will work with you in resolving any issue as quickly as possible to your entire satisfaction. Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my goods?

Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. If it is absolutely essential you receive your order on a certain day, maybe because you have booked a plumber etc. we strongly recommend you use our DPD next business day guaranteed delivery service.

What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.

If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.

Where is the bidet shower made?
Our products are sourced from a number of quality assured manufacturers from Europe, the Far East and United States. We also design and package all of our warm water kits at our operation in the United Kingdom.
What is the shower head made from?
Dependent on the model they are made from either ABS and a combination of metal or all metal such as Brass with chrome finish. You can obtain this information by clicking the product details tab of any model and referring to the specification details.
How much water pressure do most homes have?
