It’s never been easier to enjoy extra comfort and hygiene in the bathroom! Simply upgrade your U-shaped toilet with the brilliant Bau Ceramic Manual Bidet Seat. Sleek and stylish with a low profile, the Duroplast seat and lid are both soft-close and perfectly complement any cool and contemporary bathroom. Installation is easy, too, as it is fully manual so no electricity is needed.

For total comfort and effectiveness, the bidet seat comes with two sprays that both have adjustable strengths – the rear spray and the gentle lady shower with wider spray pattern. The spray arms are made from anti-bacterial material and they are very easy to keep clean and germ free as they can be rinsed by their own cleansing spray heads before and after use. Both sprays also retract for added hygiene.

How long will it take to receive my goods?

Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.

Returns:
If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.

Where is the bidet shower made?
Our products are sourced from a number of quality assured manufacturers from Europe, the Far East and United States. We also design and package all of our warm water kits at our operation in the United Kingdom.
What is the shower head made from?
Dependent on the model they are made from either ABS and a combination of metal or all metal such as Brass with chrome finish. You can obtain this information by clicking the product details tab of any model and referring to the specification details.
