Warrant Policy
1. Kaizen Solution EU Limited warrants its bidet shower products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for minimum of 6 months from the date of purchase or longer if stated on the product page. If the product is discontinued and no longer available, the warranty shall also expire 6 months after the bidet shower has been discontinued. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only.
2. Kaizen Solution EU Limited’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repairs or replacement, at Kaizen Solution EU Limited’s option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions contained with the product or under the installation guides on our website here. Kaizen Solution EU Limited reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. Purchaser is responsible for shipping / handling costs for replacement or repaired items.
3. Kaizen Solution EU Limited is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and or reinstallation of products. This warranty does not apply to the following:
A. Damage or loss which occurs during shipment.
B. Damage of loss sustained through any natural or man made causes beyond the control of Kaizen Solution EU Limited, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, floods, etc.
C. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system particularly limescale build up on crucial parts.
D. Damage or loss resulting from negligent or improper installation or use, including but not limited to installation of a unit in a harsh or hazardous environment.
E. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or improper maintenance including damage caused by but not limited to lime scale and chlorine or chlorine related products.
4. Kaizen Solution EU Limited reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.
This written warranty is the only warranty issued by Kaizen Solution EU Limited. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser Kaizen Solution EU Limited shall not be responsible for loss of use of the product or for any other incidental, special or consequential damages or cost of repair by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties , including that of merchantability , are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty.
This warranty does not affect you statutory rights as governed by the laws of england.
5. If you need to return a defective product please contact us using the “Contact” tab on the main page. Please advise your order number, a brief description of the problem and a contact telephone number. We will then either contact you by email or telephone to advise about returning the product to us.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my goods?
Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. If it is absolutely essential you receive your order on a certain day, maybe because you have booked a plumber etc. we strongly recommend you use our DPD next business day guaranteed delivery service.
What is the warranty and return policy
Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.
Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.
Returns:
If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.
