WPL1000: Square wall plate elbow with shower holder

Premium quality solid brass wall plate elbow with integral shower holder, compatible with all our range of bidet showers. Finished in mirror chrome, ideally suited for use with our MIX4000 and MIX4500 mixer valves . Dual purpose shower holder and a medium for connecting the warm water pipe from the mixer valve to the Bidet shower hose.

  • Wall plate 45mm x 45mm, chrome on brass.
  • Standard 1/2 ins BSP (15mm) male inlet and outlet thread
  • Solid brass construction with 8 ~ 10 microns of mirror chrome plate
  • 30mm x 1/2 BSP removable water inlet comnnection nipple

Care Point: The inlet spigot is removable for ease of installation by undoing the small alen screw (with the supplied allen key). For sealing there are two small o rings, these should be slightly lubricated with a small amount of washing up liquid soap to prvent friction damage when re-inserting.

Warning: If you damage these o rings the bracket will seap water, if this happpens undo the inlet spigot and put a good few rounds of PTFE tape around the o rings, lighly lubricate with liquid soap, fully re-insert bracket over spigot and tighten securely with the allen screw.

How long will it take to receive my goods?

Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. If it is absolutely essential you receive your order on a certain day, maybe because you have booked a plumber etc. we strongly recommend you use our DPD next business day guaranteed delivery service.

What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.

Returns:
If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.

Our products are sourced from a number of quality assured manufacturers from Europe, the Far East and United States. We also design and package all of our warm water kits at our operation in the United Kingdom.

Dependent on the model they are made from either ABS and a combination of metal or all metal such as Brass with chrome finish. You can obtain this information by clicking the product details tab of any model and referring to the specification details.
