V-care: The new generation of shower toilet from VitrA. The functionality of a toilet with the cleaning properties of a bidet, combined in one unit to offer increased cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. With no awkward rim to negotiate in the inner bowl, the V-care is very easy-to-clean. Rim-ex technology disposes with the rim inside the WC, enabling cleaning of the inner bowl with a single wipe. V-care is easy to use via the remote control and has a heated seat, various washing options, adjustable water temperature and air purification deodorisation.

Vitra V-Care Intelligent smart bidet, Rimless Essential WC & Seat

The Vitra Designer V-Care Essential Wall Hung Toilet with Soft Close Seat features intelligent technologies which provides a luxury and hygienic toilet experience. With the use of a remote control you can operate features such as adjust the temperature of your heated seat and adjust the pressure and temperature of water for personal cleaning.

Installation Requirements

A suitable wall mounting frame with integral cistern such as our Grohe Rapid 4 or a comparable wall frame of your choosing
Connection piping to the sewerage waste system.
A mains water supply of between 0.05 Mpa (05 bar) and 1.0 Mpa (10.0 bar) pressure.
A fully compliant power source to the seat (in U.K. to BS7671)

How long will it take to receive my goods?

Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.

Returns:
If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.

Where is the bidet shower made?
Our products are sourced from a number of quality assured manufacturers from Europe, the Far East and United States. We also design and package all of our warm water kits at our operation in the United Kingdom.

Dependent on the model they are made from either ABS and a combination of metal or all metal such as Brass with chrome finish. You can obtain this information by clicking the product details tab of any model and referring to the specification details.
