For the discerning customer where elegance quality, style and craftsmanship are key. The bidet shower head is beautifully designed and crafted in Stainless Steel with a brushed gold finish. This shower is precision crafted and capable of operating at pressures of up to 4 Bar / Atmospheres

This superb bidet shower set is supplied with the following:

  • Bidet shower head with water control trigger manufactured in marine grade brushed gold finished stainless steel, weight of shower head, around 250 grams..
  • 1.2M anti-tangle hose in brushed gold. These hoses are specifically designed for use with our Bidet Showers.
  • Special brushed gold wall mounting bracket with integrated Auto Prompt Shut Off water isolating valve. Enabling you to hang your bidet shower in a convenient location within easy reach of the toilet.

For warm water systems you will require a mixer, we stock a number of these which can be found in Warm Water Mixing Valves section. How long will it take to receive my goods?

Dependent on the type of order we either send by DPD Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends or holidays) or we send by Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K. If you pick 1st Class Mail, this will usually be delivered in 1 to 2 days. For 2nd Class Mail please allow up to 5 working days. For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will receive your goods in 2 to 5 days dependent on your location. What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:
Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use. Removal, return and Installation is not covered under this warranty.

Returns:
If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.

Where is the bidet shower made?
Our products are sourced from a number of quality assured manufacturers from Europe, the Far East and United States. We also design and package all of our warm water kits at our operation in the United Kingdom.
What is the shower head made from?
Dependent on the model they are made from either ABS and a combination of metal or all metal such as Brass with chrome finish. You can obtain this information by clicking the product details tab of any model and referring to the specification details.
